1. Call to Order
2. Minutes:  Approval of the December 5, 2019 Joint Committee Meeting minutes
3. Communications: Review of the letter of retirement from the Director of Pupil Services.
4. Principal’s Reports: Brief summaries from all four principals regarding the ongoing work at their individual schools to update their school plans based on the objectives developed by the NBSU Leadership Team as part of the new three-year NBSU strategic plan for all districts.
5. Interstate Merger Report: Joint Town Meeting at the Stamford School on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 for the residents of both Clarksburg and Stamford to begin the next phase of work led by the Public Consulting Group in collaboration with the Interstate Merger Committee.
6. Superintendent’s Annual Evaluation: Superintendent Franzoni will provide a midyear update on his evaluation goals for the current school year.
7. Business Administrator’s Report: Jennifer Macksey will review the FY21 budget process for each school district and any other pertinent financial items
8. Executive Session: Per Chapter 30A, Section 21 MGL:  Discussion and review of the contracts and salaries for the NBSU staff members, including the superintendent, director of pupil services, business administrator, assistant to the superintendent, and assistant to the director of pupil services.
