Meeting Minutes

Opened Meeting at 7:08 pm

Attendees: Susan Brandon, John Fosser, Deb Bua, Lauren Norcross, and Bob Norcross

Appointed Chair: Bob Norcross, Vice Chair: John Fosser, and Secretary: Susan Brandon

Discussion of Goals and Time for Celebration as follows:

• Date of Celebration would be in September but would decide specific date and time in a future meeting.
• Town organizations would have a booth set up at the celebration as follows with liaisons for each group: Deb Bua for Library, Chip Chesbro for Fire Company, Emily Roselli for Clarksburg School, Bob Norcross for MVP information, Susan Brandon for Historic Commision.
• Discussed Parking with possible Shuttle bus.
• Discussed having activities for children such as a bouncy house, three legged races, foul shots at bb court etc.
• Discussed fund raising for possible food and entertainment.
• Discussed getting more people involved.

Set next meeting for Wednesday April 19, 2023 at 4:30 pm at the senior center.
