1. Meeting of the collaborative working group to discuss the proposed interstate merger between Clarksburg and Stamford.
2. Review and vote on submitted proposals to the request for proposals that was posted seeking an interstate merger coordinator to help lead the work in phase II of the proposed interstate merger.
